As you can see i am LBS certified, both running and combat, so i think its fairly safe to assume i know what i am talking about.

First of all i would just like to point out I havent borrowed any information I have learnt from LBSRA - nothing that is not already common knowledge anyway.

Builds and running techniques? Im proud to say that these are my own builds and I have been developing them over time and I now feel I am 100% confident about making every single run in the southern shiverpeaks WITH EASE

Who are these videos for?
I will be honest here, I recommend these videos to runners who can ALREADY perform the majority of runs in the southern shiverpeaks but are struggling on a few runs regulary or struggling to do the majority of the runs consistently, people who are new to running should probably join LBSRA Academy, the prices are higher but you WILL get your full money's worth. You will even find some of my videos there in the training videos. The Entire Academy is dedicated to training individuals. These videos i have produced are simply to show "technique" and builds of each run - IE you will recieve no training from me (only builds and techniques shown in the videos) but if your a decent runner or think you can be a decent runner then these videos will make you a master in next to no time. You may also need a spare character slot as i use 2 main characters for various runs

Southern Shiverpeaks Video Catalogue

Over 800MB of High quality compressed downloadable footage. All videos have been performed by myself, demonstrating what skills you need and in what situations, You will be able to complete all runs in 35minutes or so using the builds i provide. You should be able to run to each of the southern shiverpeak locations with ease. Each segment of the run contains a microsoft word document with detailed information of what you should be aware of during runs, and how best to use the skills. I also tell you exactly what equipment you need and I also try to give pointers of what to do when something goes wrong. Armed with this knowledge, once you have mastered the techniques i display you WILL earn back your money within 2 hours, i guarantee this (just make sure you have mastered it first - i even explain how to make your money back in the download package)

Yes i would say there is a EXTREMELY HIGH chance you can perform all the runs (there is no video of how to run to ice caves and port sledge, cause anyone with sprint should be able to do that!!), obviously the amount of effort you put in also helps there. But all in all everything you need is shown in the videos and accompanying documents which explain each run and how to act to different spawns, and what to do if you are getting into trouble. Its just a case of you getting timing down and learning spawns.

If you need help, yes i can answer questions, but well i simply cant answer every single question everyone asks. And if im bored enough i might actually come show in game how to do various stuff.

I will actually give my two cents on this as well, after looking at the materials that are in the download. I feel that this was exceedingly worth the 7 ecto I paid for it. I have mastered all but one so far and that is in only one day of using the source material. (The only one I haven't mastered is the hardest run in the package and I am pretty close to that too) Extremely well documented and the videos are very well done also.

I would definitely suggest that you become familiar with the 'basics' of running before getting this, as I think the OP mentioned somewhere above.

Anywho.. Very satisfied customer here. Just an all around great guide.

Thanks for your interest, unfortunately it would be very unfair to include a video of beacons ->droknars, simply because of the inconsistency of the spawns that you have to face in lornars pass. I could make a video but then you will probably end up getting a totally different spawn the majority of the time, where as the spawns on these runs are very consistent, therefore all you need is to know how to tackle each bit, which CAN be shown through video.

Question

Will this include the constant 10 points dmg reduction (or sth. like that) ?
i really wanna know the detail about this technique !

Also, hows the quality (i mean IMAGE quality) of the video ?
most GW video i saw b4 is very lousy, i dun even know what skill he used
